Most electrolyte products seriously under dose sodium, typically delivering 100 to 300mg per serving. We use 800mg because that is what the science supports for effective rehydration, especially first thing in the morning after six to eight hours without fluids.

We source our sodium from sodium chloride. We include 200mg per sachet — enough to support hydration without over supplementing.
