Our Story

We built what we couldn't find

Creatine and electrolytes, combined in one sachet, because the best supplement is the one you actually take.

Creayate founder

The morning routine nobody enjoys.

It started with a simple morning routine that was anything but simple. Scoop unflavoured creatine from a tub, dump it into a glass of water, try to drink it without gagging. If you have ever tried plain creatine monohydrate, you know exactly what that is like. It is chalky, gritty, and genuinely unpleasant. Then open a second packet or tub for electrolytes, mix that separately, and clean everything up before rushing out of the door.

The thing is, creatine is not optional. It is the single most researched supplement in existence, with over 500 peer reviewed studies supporting its benefits for muscle performance, brain function, and cellular energy. Every major podcast, every sports scientist, every credible voice in health and fitness keeps coming back to the same conclusion: if you are only going to take one supplement, it should be creatine. Not a multivitamin. Not a greens powder. Creatine. It works. The science is not even debatable anymore.

If this is the case, why is it still so unpleasant to take?

The sodium problem nobody talks about.

Then there is the electrolyte side. When you wake up in the morning, you have gone six to eight hours without any fluids. You are dehydrated before you even get out of bed. Your body needs sodium more than anything else to rehydrate effectively, because sodium is the primary electrolyte you lose through sweat and the one that drives fluid absorption into your cells.

But most electrolyte brands get this completely wrong. They load their formulas with sugar, artificial sweeteners, and a long list of minerals like chloride, calcium, phosphate, and bicarbonate that you already get from food. What they do not give you is enough sodium. Only a handful of brands, like LMNT, have understood this and built genuinely high sodium formulas. But even those do not include creatine, which means you are back to buying two separate products.

One sachet. Two supplements. Zero faff.

Creayate combines 4g creatine monohydrate with a sodium led electrolyte blend in a single tear and pour sachet. No tubs cluttering your kitchen. No scoops to wash. No measuring, no guesswork, and absolutely no gagging over unflavoured powder.

We spent months getting the formula right. A, slightly salty, super refreshing lemonade flavour that actually tastes good, dissolves cleanly, and delivers what your body needs, without anything it doesn't. Zero sugar. No fillers/bulking agents. No hidden "proprietary" blends. Taking your creatine and electrolytes should be something you look forward to, not something you force down. It should taste like a genuinely refreshing drink, because that is the difference between a supplement you take once and a routine you actually stick with.

Creayate lifestyle

Designed for real life, not the gym floor.

We did not build Creayate for bodybuilders. We built it for the professional who trains after work, plays padel on weekends, and needs to recover fast because life does not pause. It is for the person who wants performance supplementation that fits in a your pocket, looks good on a desk, and takes less time than making a coffee.

Our mission is simple: make the supplements everyone should be taking as easy and enjoyable as possible. Affordable, convenient, and with a taste you actually crave. Tear. Mix. Done. That is the whole routine.

This is just the beginning.

Lemonade and Salt is our first flavour, but it will not be our last. We have plans for a full range, and as a new company, your input matters more than anything. If you have thoughts on flavours, feedback on the product, or ideas for what you would like to see next, we genuinely want to hear from you. Drop us a line at hello@creayate.co.uk. This is your brand too.
